Pavese AG in Schenkon, Lucerne, is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year. The company is now run by the second generation of the family, brothers Daniele and Enzo Pavese. Enzo has been the plant manager for the past two years. The JOURNAL spoke with him about the success of the family business.
