Programming Systems - MDM / CAM / CAD:

For complex programming of your components, we use five fully equipped Mastercam workstations that cover both turning and milling. Thanks to MDM’s integrated tool management solution, we ensure consistent and reproducible handling of tool data, from programming through to setting up the tools for production orders.

In addition, we use the ZW3D CAD system for design, and 3D models can be edited in IGES, STP, and STL formats.

CAQ:
We achieve high product quality primarily through the optimization of our quality processes. With our CAQ software, we map various processes and can make quality-relevant data available across all processes.
